Our premium sealers typically last 3–5 years depending on traffic, exposure to road salt, and environmental conditions. High-traffic driveways or areas subject to harsh winters may require resealing every 3 years. We back every application with a workmanship warranty, and we'll let you know when your concrete is due for a touch-up.

Most residential driveways take 2–4 hours from surface preparation to final application. Larger areas like commercial parking lots or multi-surface projects may take a full day. We'll give you an exact time estimate during your free site assessment. The sealed surface is typically ready for foot traffic in 4–6 hours and vehicle traffic within 24 hours.

All three use the same high-quality solvent-based sealer; the difference is the sheen. Matte keeps a natural look with no reflection, semi-gloss adds a satin sheen and strong colour enhancement, and gloss gives a wet look with the deepest colour. Semi-gloss is our most popular choice for stamped concrete.

Solvent-based acrylic sealers penetrate deeper, enhance colour more, and re-emulsify previous solvent-based coats so recoats bond seamlessly with no peeling layers. They also hold up better against road salt, UV and hot tires through Ontario winters and summers.

Yes. We can add a non-slip additive to any finish, which is standard for pool decks, steps and sloped walkways. It does not change the look of the finish.

New concrete needs to cure fully before sealing — typically 28 days after pouring. Sealing too early can trap moisture and cause issues. If your concrete is newly poured, we recommend scheduling us 4–6 weeks after completion. We'll inspect the surface during your free assessment and advise on the ideal timing.

We offer matte, satin, semi-gloss, and high-gloss finishes. The right choice depends on your surface type and personal preference. Stamped and decorative concrete typically looks best with a semi-gloss or gloss finish that enhances colour depth, while plain driveways often suit a matte or satin finish for a clean, understated look.

Yes — every sealing project comes with our industry-leading workmanship warranty. If your sealed concrete shows defects in the sealer coating within the warranty period under normal use, we'll come back and rectify it at no charge. This covers materials and workmanship.

Please clear any vehicles, furniture, planters, or other items from the concrete surface the day before. We handle all cleaning and preparation as part of the service. If there are oil stains, we apply a degreaser as part of our prep process. You don't need to pre-wash anything.
