What a driveway seal includes
Every driveway gets the full prep. A sealer is only as good as the surface under it.
Pressure wash and clean
Dirt, salt residue, tire marks and organic growth removed so the sealer bonds to bare concrete.
Stain treatment
Oil and rust spots treated before sealing. We tell you honestly what will and won't lift.
Dry time and inspection
The slab has to be fully dry. We check moisture and repair minor surface issues before we spray.
Sprayed and back-rolled
High-quality solvent-based sealer applied by sprayer then back-rolled for even coverage with no lap marks.
Your choice of finish
Matte for broom finish and aggregate, semi-gloss or gloss for stamped and coloured driveways.
Cure guidance
Foot traffic the next day, vehicles after 48 to 72 hours. We leave clear instructions and a warranty certificate.

Semi-Gloss for driveway sealing
Semi-gloss enhances stamped and coloured driveways while hiding tire dust better than gloss. Broom-finish driveways usually look best in matte.
All three finishes use the same high-quality solvent-based sealer. Sheen is the only difference, and we bring samples to every site assessment.

Foot traffic the next day and vehicles after 48 to 72 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. We give you a specific window at the end of the job.
Will sealing stop my driveway from cracking?
Sealing prevents surface scaling, spalling and salt damage. It does not stop structural cracks from soil movement, but it does keep water out of hairline cracks so they don't widen through freeze-thaw.
How often should a driveway be resealed?
Every 2 to 4 years depending on traffic and salt exposure. Because we use solvent-based sealers, a reseal is a single fresh coat that bonds to the old one.
Can you seal a new driveway?
Yes, once it has cured, typically 28 days after the pour. Sealing new concrete early is the best protection it will ever get.
